中药袋敷配合TDP照射治疗功能性消化不良疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药袋敷配合TDP神灯治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:106例随机分为两组,治疗组55例予中药袋敷配合TDP热疗照射,对照组51例用泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊、莫沙必利片治疗,疗程4周。结果:总有效率治疗组92.73%、对照组76.47%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药袋敷配合TDP照射治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的疗效,且复发率较低。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bags with dyspepsia non damp heat type TDP lamp treatment function.Methods：106 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 55 cases were treated with Chinese medicine bags with TDP hyperthermia and irradiation,51 patients in control group received pantoprazole enteric coated capsule and mosapride citrate in treatment,treatment for 4 weeks.Results：the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.73%,control group,the total effective rate was 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;symptoms,symptoms of the treatment group were improved significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;recurrence rate：the relapse rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and improve subjective symptoms of patients,and the recurrence rate is low.
