摘  要:目的探讨曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴稳定的体外培养介质。方法从野生黑斑蛙体内获取裂头蚴虫体,置于生理盐水、牛肉汤培养液及PRMI 1640培养并观察虫体存活情况。结果在三种不同的培养液中,裂头蚴在生理盐水中存活时间最短,在PRMI 1640中存活时间最长,且虫体活动力也显著高于生理盐水和牛肉汤培养液(P<0.05)。结论 PRMI 1640是曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴在这三种不同培养液中最稳定的体外培养介质。Objective To build the system of Sparganum mansoni in vitro in order to provide experimental basis for research on Sparganum mansoni. Methods The Sparganum mansoni which was obtained from wild frogs was cultured in physiological saline, beef soup culture and PRMI 1640 medium. Activity and numbers of the parasite were observed by anatomical lens. Results From the survival situation of Sparganum mansoni in three different kinds of culture medium, the survival time in physiological saline was shortest, and the time in PRMI 1640 medium was longest (P〈0.05). The activity and survival time was obviously higher than physiological saline and beef soup cul-ture (P〈0.05). The living worm was found propagation and fracture in PRMI 1640 medium. Conclusion PRMI 1640 medium is most suitable to build the system of Sparganum mansoni in vitro, with the relatively stable culture system.
