《伤寒论》论治失眠探析

摘　　要：中医经典名著《伤寒论》对失眠的论治至今仍有重要指导意义。基于失眠不同病因病机,《伤寒论》认为失眠的发生病位在心、病机关键为阳不入阴,治疗首当辨清阴阳之异,遵循平衡阴阳、调和营卫的原则,分别采用相应治法,并创制了多首治疗失眠的有效方。《伤寒论》中对失眠的论治,笔者从阴阳两方面对其进行总结,对失眠的临床诊疗进行探析,包括失眠的理论、治则治法、方证运用等。Essentials from the Shang Han Lun,as the classic of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,are still of guiding significance for the treatment of insomnia nowadays. Based on the different pathogenesis of insomnia,Shang Han Lun thought insomnia locates in the heart and the Yang failing to enter Yin is the key of pathogenesis,we shold distinguish the Yin and Yang first of all during the course of treatment,follow the principle of Yin-Yang balance and harmonizing nutrient and defensive aspects,then adopt corresponding treatments,its original prescription of about insomnia was effective. About the discourse on insomnia syndrome in Shang Han Lun,this paper make a summing up of the insomnia from two aspects of Yin-Yang,discusses clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia,include theory,therapeutic principle and therapertic methods,the use of formula syndrome.
