清肺润肺方辅助辨治对大鼠肺炎后气道高反应影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清肺润肺方辅助辨治对大鼠肺炎后气道高反应的影响。方法:选取SPF级Wistar大鼠90只作为研究对象,经过自然感染途径建立支原体感染性肺炎大鼠模型。将所有大鼠按随机数字表法分为西医治疗组、中西医结合组和对照组3组,分别给予1%OVA溶液雾化吸入后诱发出气道高反应性表现,比较3组大鼠的肺炎支原体感染阳性率、肺组织病理评分以及气道高反应性表现,评价清肺润肺方辅助辨治对大鼠肺炎后气道高反应的影响。结果:治疗前3组大鼠的肺炎支原体阳性率、肺组织病理评分以及气道高反应阳性率差异不大,治疗后中西医结合组的肺炎支原体阳性率、肺组织病理评分以及气道高反应阳性率分别为23.33%(2.18±1.02)分和30.00%,明显低于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以清肺润肺方辅助辨治大鼠肺炎后的气道高反应,较单纯西医治疗效果有明显改善。Objective： To investigate the impact of moistening lungs therapy on airway hyperresponsiveness after preumoniae of rats. Methods： 90 SPF Wistar rats were used as the research object,establishing animal model through natural infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae. Rats were divided into three groups,the western medicine group,combination of chinese and western medicine treatment group,and the control group. The three groups were inhaled of 1% OVA individually to induce airway hyperresponsiveness. The positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae,pathological score of lungs and the positive rate of airway hyperresponsiveness were observed to evaluate the impact of moistening lungs therapy on airway hyperresponsiveness of rats.. Results： The positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae of the combination group is23. 33%,pathological score of lungs is 2. 18 ± 1. 02,and the positive rate of airway hyperresponsiveness is 30. 00% after treatment,significantly lower than the other two groups,P〈0. 05. While the three indices between the three groups have no significant differences. Conclusion： The combination therapy exhibit more effective impact on airway hyperresponsiveness of rats,compared with pure western medicine treatment group.
