河北省机关标准化建设现状及对策研究

摘　　要：河北省机关标准化建设取得很大成就,机关标准化建设体系基本建立,机关标准化建设成效基本显现。但服务型政府的观念尚未根本建立,质量标准体系的适应性有待完善,公众行政参与度有待提高。需要以群众路线教育实践活动为契机深入推进,观念上要强化建设服务型政府的理念,制度上要组合配套以增强质量标准体系执行力,执行上要注重协调统一并强化推广执行。Great achievements have been made in organ standardization construction in Hebei Province,such as the system and effectiveness,but it still faces difficulties.The idea of service oriented government has not been fundamentally set up,the adaptive quality standard system needs to be improved,and the degree of participation in the public administration needs to be improved.So it should take the opportunity of the mass line,including the construction of the concept to strengthen the concept of service-oriented government,institutional support to the combination of quality standards to enhance the system of executive power,focusing on the implementation of harmonization and strengthening the promotion execution.
