摘 要:由不平衡量引起的过大振动对旋转机械是有害的,因而需要用动平衡的方法来消除不平衡量。为了能实现在线动平衡,介绍一种机械式的平衡头。平衡头由9只圆盘构成,通过结构设计,9只盘可以形成四个独立的腔体,将小钢珠从外部定子中传送到4个腔体之一中,就能产生期望的不平衡校正量。详细介绍了平衡头的结构和工作原理,分析了工作过程和控制方案,描述了实验装置,最后通过实验验证了方案的有效性。The excessive vibration excited by unbalance is harmful to a rotating machinery.Therefore,a balancing procedure is required to eliminate the excess unbalance.In order to achieve an online balancing,a new type of mechanical active balancing actuator was studied.The balancing actuator was composed of 9 round plates to form 4 separated chambers.Through an elaborative structural design,small steel balls were transferred conveniently from the outer stator into one of four chambers in the actuator thus an expected correction weight was generated.The working principle of the actuator was introduced in detail.The influence coefficient based online balancing method was developed.The experimental setup was described and built up.Through tests the feasibility of the balancing actuator was proved.
