摘　　要：构建防控突发性传染病的医疗建筑网络评价模型,为传染病医疗建筑网络的现状评测提供可行的实践方法,为传染病医疗建筑网络的规划建设提供科学的决策依据。模型选择适应医疗建筑网络评价的模糊综合评价法作为评测工具;运用危机管理理论,研究突发性传染病的预防、救治和恢复的全过程指标系统;依据对城市现有传染病医疗建筑体系和传染病防治法律法规的大量统计和研究,将评价指标和权重系统量化,形成科学、适用、完善的评价模型。The evaluation model of medical building network preventing and controlling emerging infectious diseases is constructed to provide a feasible method to evaluate the current infectious diseases medical building network, and provide a reasonable foundation for decision making of modern infectious diseases medical building network. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will be used to adapt medical building network. Based on the crisis management theory, the index system is studied in the entire process of emergent infectious disease prevention, treatment and recovery. According to the current urban infectious disease medical building network research and the statistic of the large amount of current laws and regulations, the evaluation index and weighting system are quantified to establish a scientific, applicable and comprehensive evaluation model.
