摘　　要：介绍了T／R组件工作原理和P波段T／R组件的组成，以P波段T／R组件设计为例，阐述了设计过程中遇到的T／R组件幅相一致性、电磁兼容性等问题，并给出了解决措施。This paper introduces the operation principle and components of P band T/R module. Taking the design of P band T/R module as example, it describes the problems encountered during the design process, such as the coherence of azimuth and phase, the electromagnetic compatibility, etc.. Then it gives out the resolutions for these problems.
