摘　　要：高校文库是各高校所特有的专门收集、展示和永久性保存本校师生员工及海内外校友论著的学术资料性特藏宝库。结合成都理工大学文库(理工文库)建设的实践,论述了高校文库建设的重要意义和作用,提出了进一步做好高校文库建设发展的措施及今后的设想。The university library is an informative and academic special treasure house. It＇ s unique to the colleges and universities, which collects, displays and permanent preserves the literature of the staff, students and alumni. This paper is combined with the practice of construction of the library of Chengdu University of Technology. It discusses the importance and functions of construction of university library and proposes the measures to improve li- brary construction and the future plans.
