摘　　要：以教育部高校图书馆事实数据库为数据来源,选取样本,运用统计学分析方法,对截至2012年12月的四川高职高专队伍建设情况分别从人数、性别结构、年龄结构、学历结构和职称结构几个方面进行数据分析,从定量的角度揭示四川高职高专图书馆人力资源的现状,并提出对策建议,为进一步对四川高职高专图书馆队伍建设策略研究提供依据。This investigation took the materials of the database of the library of the higher colleges and universities run by the China＇ s Ministry of Education as the data resources. It selected the samples and used the analyzing method of statistics to analyze the structures such as the number, gender, age, educational qualifications and pro- fession of the team construction in the higher vocational colleges and schools up to December 2012 ,it also put for- ward some suggestions, in order to improve the team construction of the higher vocational colleges and schools in Si- chuan province.
