摘  要:通过检索近年来国内外相关文献,结合丹参酮代谢研究最新成果,对丹参酮体内外代谢规律、主要代谢酶类及丹参酮与药物的相互作用及其机制进行综述,从代谢角度解释丹参酮药理活性的科学内涵,为丹参酮临床合理应用和进一步开发提供参考。Tanshinones possess a wide range of pharmacological activities and also can be metabolized into multiple products, interacting with various drugs. This paper on metabolisms and drug interactions of tanshinones are summarized by reviewing the related literatures in recent years. The aim of this article is to reveal the reason of tanshinones pharmacological activities and the mechanism of tanshinones drug interactions, according to metabolite as well as their pathways,CYPs et al, and put forward the problems and suggestions to provide evidence for clinical rational administration and drug safety, which offer the reference for the further development of tanshinones.
