摘　　要：在pH值2.09 ～5.02的Britton-Robinson （BR）缓冲溶液中,头孢曲松钠（CTRX）与吖黄素（AF）形成1∶1的离子缔合物,导致吖黄素溶液荧光猝灭.当分别于最大激发和最大发射（λa/λcm）266 nm/506 rn进行测量时,荧光猝灭值（△F）与CTRX浓度在一定范围呈良好的线性关系.该方法灵敏度高,测定CTRX的线性范围和检出限分别为0.056 ～5.0 mg/L和0.016 mg/L.研究了体系的荧光光谱特征、适宜的反应条件和共存物质的影响,讨论了离子缔合物的组成,基于离子缔合物反应,发展了测定CTRX的高灵敏、简便和快速的新方法,用于血清和尿液中CTRX的测定,结果令人满意.In pH 2.09 ～ 5.02 Britton-Robinson （BR） buffer medium,ceftriaxone （CTRX） reacts with acriflavine （AF） to form an 1 ∶ 1 ion association complex,which results in quench of the fluorescence of acriflavine.The measurement wavelength of fluorescence quenching is located at λex/λem =266 nm/506 nm.The linear range for CTRX is from 0.056 mg/L to 5.0 mg/L,and its detection limit is 0.016 mg/L.The fluorescence spectra characteristics,the optimum reaction conditions and the effect of additive substances were investigated.The composition of ion-association complexes was discussed also.Based on the ion-association reaction,a high sensitive,simple and rapid method was proposed for the determination of CTRX.The method was applied for the determination of CTRX in human serum and urine samples with satisfactory results.
