摘　　要：N-取代马来酰亚胺是重要的有机合成与高分子合成的中间体.采用呋喃保护的马来酸酐为原料,在碱性条件下和氨基乙醇反应得到呋喃N-羟乙基马来酰亚胺,最后用高沸点溶剂加热脱去呋喃环,得到N-羟乙基马来酰亚胺,总收率达64.1%.同时对各步反应条件进行了优化.所得中间体和目标化合物经过1 H NMR和13C NMR进行了表征.N-substituted maleic imides are important intermediates in syntheses of organic small molecules as well as macromolecules.In this study,synthesis of N-hydroxyethyl maleicimide was reported by using maleic anhydride protected by furan and ethanolamine as materials.The reaction underwent in the presence of a base to form furan-protected N-hydroxyethyl maleicimide,followed by deprotection with high boiling solvent.The total yield of three steps was 64.1％.Reaction conditions were optimized.Structures of intermediates and the target molecule were characterized by 1H NMR and 13 C NMR.
