摘  要:以9种抗溃疡药为例研究西药中药化,评价寒热药性的实验方法。用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测9种抗溃疡药对SMMC7721以及MCF-7细胞增殖的影响,同时用倒置显微镜观察加药后细胞形态特征的变化。氢氧化铝、碳酸氢钠、西咪替丁、奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑为寒性;雷尼替丁、法莫替丁、兰索拉唑、雷贝拉唑为热性。形态学观察表明,氢氧化铝、碳酸氢钠、西咪替丁、奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑使细胞密度减小,固缩变圆;雷尼替丁、法莫替丁、兰索拉唑、雷贝拉唑则在低浓度时使细胞密度增加,结构致密、生长旺盛。细胞学方法能够用于西药寒热药性的评价,这为西药中药化提供了一种简单实用的评价方法。To study the experimental method for Chinese medicalization of western drugs using 9 antiulcer drugs as the examples to evaluate their hot and cold characteristics. MTI" assay was used to investigate the effect of 9 antiulcer drugs on the growth and proliferation of cultured SMMC7721 cells and MFC-7 cells in vitro. Morphological changes were observed through inverted microscope. Aluminum Hydroxide, Sodium bicar- bonate, Cimetidine, Omeprazole, pantoprazole showed cold or cooi characteristics. Ranitidine, Famotidine, Lansoprazole, Rabeprazole showed hot or warm characteristics. Morphological observation demonstrated that cells treated with Aluminum Hydroxide, Sodium bicarbonate, Cimetidine, Omeprazole, pantoprazole showing decreased the cell density. Ranitidine, Famotidine, Lansoprazole, Rabeprazole showing increased the cell density. The results demonstrated that the cytological method could be used to evaluate the hot and cold characteristics of western drugs. This simple and reliable method will promote the process of Chinese medicalization of western drugs.
