摘 要:使用工业级的SrCO3和ZrO2为原料,采用固相合成法在1350℃保温12h合成了SrZrO3材料,将合成的SrZrO3粉体用等静压法成型成片状并在1650℃保温不同的时间,观察其显微组织结构,测定在不同保温时间下的烧成密度。将自合成SrZrO3粉料等静压成型成SrZrO3坩埚。将SrZrO3坩埚在900℃素烧,并在1650℃保温8h烧成,在此坩埚中进行TiNi合金真空感应熔炼实验。采用XRD、SEM和EDS等观察钛合金与材料界面反应层的微观形貌。结果表明,在1350℃可以固相合成锆酸锶粉体。粉料成型后在1650℃保温8h烧结的坩埚密度达到理论值的97%以上。SrZrO3坩埚与TiNi合金的反应层厚度约为40μm,未发现坩埚材料渗透进合金熔体。The SrO-ZrO2 complex oxide refractory was synthesized at 1350 ℃ by the solid calcination using commercial grade SrCO3 and ZrOz as the starting materials, and heat preservation time was 12 h. The SrZrO3 synthe- tic powder were compressed into tablets by cold isostati and cincubated at 1650 ℃ for different time to observe the mi- crostructure, and the density was measured at different holding time. The crucible was shaped by cold isostatic, bis- cuit firing at 900 ℃ and firing at 1650 ℃ for 8 h. The crucible was used for melting TiNi alloy by means of the vacuum induction melting. The X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) were used to analysis the interfacial reaction between the TiNi alloy and SrZrO3 refractory. The results show that the powder of SrZrOa was synthesized at 1350 ℃ and the density of the crucible reached more than 97% of the theoretical value after sintering at 1650 ℃ for 8 h. The reaction layer thickness between SrZrO3 crucible with TiNi alloy was about 40μm, and the crucible material was not found to penetrate into the crucible alloy molt
