摘 要:对玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维表面进行了酸刻蚀处理,使用扫描电子显微镜观察其表面形态变化。通过测定处理后纤维的强度变化、质量损失率,研究酸刻蚀处理对玄武岩纤维本身性能的影响,以玻璃纤维为参照研究酸刻蚀的处理方式是否适用于玄武岩纤维。结果表明:玄武岩纤维经过酸刻蚀处理后由光滑表面变得有凹槽,进而出现片状脱落,这与玻璃纤维的变化规律有相似性,说明经过酸刻蚀处理可以增加玄武岩纤维的比表面积,从而提高其与树脂结合的可能性。此外,拉伸强度的下降和质量损失的变化(逐渐增加到趋于稳定)都比玻璃纤维的程度小。因此,进一步说明酸刻蚀对玄武岩纤维本身的影响小于玻璃纤维,作为其表面处理的一种方式是可行的。The basalt fiber and the glass fiber were treated with acid, then the SEM was used to study the change of the surface, mass loss and strength were measured to research the effect of the acid etching on the fiber pro- perties in order to study whether the method of acid can be used in the basalt surface treatment by comparing with glass fiber. The result showed that, the smooth surface of basalt fiber became groove after acid etching, then flake off. It was similar with the variation of the glass fiber, which proves that acid etching treatment can increase the spe- cific surface area of basalt fibers and then improve its binding to the resin. In addition, the decrease of tensile strength and quality loss change from gradually increasing to stable and was relatively smaller than the degree of decrease in the glass fiber. Therefore, it illustrated that the effect of acid etching treatment on basalt fibers was smaller than the glass fibers and it's feasible to be a means of basalt surface treatment.
