地方高校多样化人才培养实证分析——湖北工程学院的实践与创新

摘　　要：我国高等教育正趋于大众化,多样化是高等教育的发展之路,探索多样化人才培养模式是每个高校尤其是地方高校必须认真思考的问题。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》进一步指出要加快解决经济社会发展对高质量多样化人才需要与教育培养能力不足的矛盾,树立多样化人才观念,尊重个人选择,鼓励个性发展,不拘一格培养人才。文中以湖北工程学院为例,对地方高校多样化人才培养模式进行实证分析,阐释了湖北工程学院在人才培养模式改革中的探索与实践,总结其改革经验,试图为地方高校人才培养模式改革提供参考依据。With Higher education in China tends to be more popular, Diversification is the road of higher education development. Thus, Exploring diversified program patterns is an issue which every college and university should take into serious consideration, especially local colleges. As being emphasized in the National mid and long-term Education reform and development Plan（2010-2020）, we should speed up resolving the conflict between the need of high quality and diversified personnel and insufficient education training ability by a series of measures, such as establishing diversified talent training concept and encourage the development of personality, etc. This paper, taking the Hubei Engineering College as a case to study the diversified program reform practice, summarize the experience aiming to provide some reference for other universities in this issue.
