摘 要:针对传统功能表达方式存在的不足,基于广义定位理论和功能表面提出了概念设计过程中功能的广义定位表达方式。把产品功能定义为对被操作对象的广义变趋矢量的限制作用;并根据限制的广义变趋矢量数目的多少来量化产品功能;而功能表面几何特性的存在使得功能有了直观的形式化表达方式。该表达方式避免了传统表达方式存在的歧义性,便于计算机辅助概念设计过程中对功能进行存储、检索与处理,也可以形式化表达概念设计结果。提出基于该功能表达方式的概念设计模型,在功能与结构之间增加了功能表面这一环节,该模型使得功能结构间直接映射存在的解不确定性和病态性等问题得以解决,并可以与后续的详细结构设计实现无缝链接。Aiming at the shortage of traditional functional ex- pression,the generalized positioning expression of product function is proposed based on generalized positioning principle and function surface in conceptual design process. Product function is defined as the action to restrict the movement trend vector of the object. And product function is measured according to the number of the movement trend vectors restricted by the product. Because of the geometric characteristics of function surface, product function can be expressed directly and achieve geometric form. The ambiguities of traditional functional expression disappear. It's convenient to store, retrieve and process product function by using the expres- sion in the process of computer aided conceptual design. Concep- tual design result can be expressed formally. By using function surface as the intermediary between function and structure, the function-function surface-structure mode of conceptual design is proposed, and the problem, such as the uncertainty, the ill- posedness and the multiplicity of the solution, caused by the direct mapping between the function and structure is crossed. The steady mapping relationship from function to structure can be achieved, and the seamlessly link between conceptual design and the follow- ing detail structure design can be achieved too.
