小型公共餐厨垃圾处理器概念设计应用研究

摘　　要：餐厨垃圾已给城市环境及人的身体健康带来严重危害,如何设计有效的餐厨垃圾处理器,将餐厨垃圾进行再利用,对建设绿色美好家园具有积极意义。在分析总结国内外餐厨垃圾特性及处理方法的基础上,运用一种基于微生物处理的餐厨垃圾优化处理工艺流程,结合现有餐厨垃圾处理器存在的问题,提出了餐厨垃圾处理器设计要素的改善方向。通过设计案例,为未来城市公共环境领域的小型餐厨垃圾处理设备设计提供参考。Kitchen garbage has caused serious harm to the ur- ban environment and human health, how to effectively design kitchen garbage teater and reuse kitchen garbage have positive sig- nificance for building a better home. On the basis of analysis and summarization of the disposal method and features of kitchen garbage, an optimized process based on microorganism treatment to kitchen garbage is proposed. Combined with the existing prob- lems of kitchen garbage treater, the improvement directions of de- sign elements for kitchen garbage treater is proposed. At last, a specific design example of kitchen garbage treater provides refer- ences for design of future small kitchen garbage treater in urban public environment.
