我院2012年万古霉素和去甲万古霉素的用药分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院万古霉素类药物的临床应用情况。方法:以《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》《万古霉素临床应用中国专家共识》及万古霉素和去甲万古霉素说明书为评价依据,采用回顾性分析方法,对2012年我院住院患者用万古霉素、去甲万古霉素的病历共216份进行用药分析。结果:216份病历中合理用药32例(14.81%),基本合理用药87例(40.28%),不合理用药97例(44.91%),没有发生严重不良反应。结论:我院万古霉素类不合理用药情况比较严重。今后应严格控制适应证,减少经验用药及采取其他措施,进一步规范万古霉素类药物的使用。OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the clinical use of vancomycin in our hospital. METHODS： According to the Guidance Principles for Clinical Application of Antibacterials issued by Ministry of Health, China Expert Consensus for Clinical Application of Vancomycin, package insert of vancomycin and norvancomycin, 216 medical records of vancomycin and norvancomycin for inpatients in our hospital were analyzed in 2012 retrospectively. RESULTS： Among 216 cases, there were 32 cases of rational drug use （14.81%）, 87 cases of basic rational drug use （40.28%） and 97 cases of irrational drug use （44.91%）. No severe ADR was found. CONCLUSIONS： It is severe to use vancomycin irrationally in our hospital. It is suggested to control the indications strictly, reduce empirical medication and adopt other measures so as to further standardize the use of vancomycin.
