摘　　要：文章基于现阶段农村社会保障运营体系之中既存的诸多问题作为解析对象,从而探究契合农村经济产业发展的社会保障运作制度。农村社会保障运营体系的产业规模也迅速有效地得到了进一步延伸拓展,农业经济的产业化、集约式、长效性的推进发展也因此创设营造了扎实牢固的辅助保障因素要件,农民群体的合法权益也得到了切实保障。社会保障的政策性制定、制度式施行、流程化执行已经逐步脱离最初的行政权力的主导控制,开始呈现依托商品属性支撑、依赖货币效益转化、呈现多元化运营拓展的全新态势。Based on many issues among the rural social security system operators to resolve objects as existing at the present stage,the operation of the social security system in order to explore contemporary fit Rural Economic Development.With the continuous expansion of China gradually enhance the socio-economic scale and effectiveness of quality industrial,industrial-scale rural social security system is also operational quickly and effectively has been further extended expansion of the agricultural economy industrialization,intensive,long-term nature the creation and therefore promote the development firm to create a solid secondary protection factor elements,the legitimate interests of farmers＇ groups have been effectively protected.Social security policy formulation,institutional-style implementation,process execution has been gradually from the initial dominant control of the executive power,relying on product attributes is beginning to show support,dependent on currency conversion efficiency,diversified operations to expand the new trend.
