摘 要:棕棉、阻燃纤维和驼绒纤维均具有优良的性能,但它们之间的长度、细度以及导电性能等物理指标差异较大,做混纺纱存在混和不匀、条子蓬松、静电现象严重等困难。文章针对混纺产品纤维间抱合力差、温湿度敏感等问题,通过优化工艺配置、加强原料预处理,有效地解决了成条困难、缠绕严重等问题,保证了新产品的顺利开发,提高了新产品的质量水平。Brown cotton, anti-flaming fibers and thin camel hair fibers all have excellent performances, but they have great differences in physical parameters such as length, fineness and electrical conductivity so that there exist some difficulties in the unevenness in blending, fluffiness in strips and static electricity. This paper points out the poor cohesive force of the blended fibers and humidity sensitivity. Through the optimization of technology and the improvement of material pretreatment, the problems of difficulties of stripforming and serious winding will be effectively solved so that new products will be developed and the quality will be improved.
