摘　　要：文章从产业链的各环节对义乌动漫产业比较优势进行分析得出,义乌发展动漫产业链下游的衍生品开发产业具有独特的优势,可以从动漫衍生品版权展示和交易中心的建立、动漫衍生品设计研发园区的建设、国内外知名的动漫衍生品供需会展平台的打造和规范高效的知识产权保护工作体系的建立各方面入手构建动漫产业的"义乌模式"。By analyzing the comparative advantage of animation industry the industrial chain, the conclusion is that Yiwu city has its unique advantage derivatives of the downstream in the animation in can be built from the following several aspects： exhibition and trade center, the construction of the in Yiwu city from each link of in the product development of dustry chain. ＂Yiwu model＂ of the animation the establishment of the animation derivative industry copyright zone for designing and researching animation derivatives, the building of exhibition platform for domestic and foreign well-known animation derivatives and the establishment of specification and efficient system of intellectual property rights protection.
