摘 要:四氟滑板橡胶支座易受外界气候的影响,为研究四氟滑板橡胶支座经过冻融循环后的承载力变化情况,采用标准冻融箱对四氟滑板橡胶支座分别进行25、50、75、100和150次冻融循环,并进行轴压力学性能研究。通过对比分析冻融循环对承载力、极限抗压强度、竖向刚度、弹性模量等性能的影响。在加载过程中,四氟滑板橡胶支座一般在一侧内陷,另一侧鼓起,四个角部有翘曲,四个侧面具有凸起,而冻融后的试件比标准试件更易发生脆性破坏,且钢板外露、裂缝等破坏现象更严重。四氟滑板橡胶支座的抗剪承载力、极限抗剪强度、水平等效刚度、抗剪弹性模量都随冻融时间增加而降低。采用最小二乘法得出50年抗压强度的衰减曲线和衰减公式,其变化趋势基本符合幂函数规律。Teflon slide type rubber bearing is vulnerable to weather effect, in order to study the changes of bearing capacity of teflon slide type rubber bearing through freeze - thaw cycle, with a standard freeze - thaw box taken been 25,50,75,100 and 150 times freeze -thaw cycle on teflon slide type rubber bearing and axial pressure has studied. By comparative analysis, the freeze -thaw cycle influence on bearing capacity, ultimate compressive strength, vertical bearing is always bulged, while, it standard test spec shearing strength, increase of formula of stiffness, elasticity modulus has been studied. In the process of loading, teflon slide type rubber one side invaginated and the other side plumped up, four corner have warping and four side could be found that the test specimen taken freeze - thaw is more likely to have brittle failure than imen and the problem of steel exposed and crack are more serious. Shear capacity, ultimate equivalent stiffness and shear modulus of teflon slide type rubber bearing are decreased with the freezing and thawing time. Using least square method to draw 50 years decay curve and attenuation compressive strength, the change tendency is basically in line with the regulation of power function.
