摘 要:为了推荐适应轻、中交通等级下的半柔性上基层沥青路面的合理结构理论参数,采用结合辽宁省半柔性基层沥青路面的实际工程,拟定路面结构,利用有限元软件计算各结构参数变化对弯沉、沥青层底拉应力设计指标的影响,通过弯沉反算累计当量轴次,综合分析给出适应轻、中等级交通量的合理路面结构的方法.结果表明:半柔性上基层沥青路面结构对级配碎石层模量、面层厚度变化较为敏感;当级配碎石达到一定模量以上时,级配碎石层厚度对路面结构影响较小,在轻、中交通荷载作用下,推荐半柔性上基层沥青路面级配碎石层厚度为12~15cm,面层厚度为5~15cm.从而得出结论,在轻、中交通荷载作用下,合理的半柔性上基层沥青路面能够在防治反射裂缝的同时,较好地满足交通荷载需求.In order to recommend reasonable structure asphalt pavement under light and mid traffic levels, using parameters adapted to the semi -flexible upper base practical engineering project combined with semi - flexible upper base asphalt pavement of Liaoning province, proposing pavement structure, using the finite element software to calculate the influence on deflection, tensile stress of asphalt layer bottom design index brought by structure parameters changes, through reverse calculating on deflection to accumulate equivalent axles, and through comprehensive analysis, reasonable approach of pavement structure which adapted to light and mid traffic levels is proposed. Results indicate that: semi -flexible upper base asphalt pavement structure is sensitive to the changes of graded crushed stone layer modulus and surface thickness; when the graded crushed stone reaches or above certain modulus, the influence that graded crushed stone layer thickness brings to pavement structure is smaller, under light and mid traffic load level, semi - flexible upper base asphalt pavement graded crushed stone layer thickness of 12 - 15 cm and surface thickness of 5 -15cm is recommended. Thus concludes that, under light and mid traffic load level, reasonable semi - flexible upper base asphalt pavement could perfectly satisfy the demand of traffic load while preventing reflection cracks.
