坦洛新联合锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨坦洛新联合锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法将92例良性前列腺增生伴下尿路症状患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各组46例,治疗组给予坦洛新缓释胶囊0.2 mg每晚饭后服,锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊160 mg 2次/d饭后服;对照组给予坦洛新缓释胶囊0.2 mg每晚饭后服;疗程为3个月。治疗前后测量血压,查心电图、血尿常规、肝肾功能、血前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、前列腺彩超、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、夜尿次数、剩余尿量(RU)等,分析治疗前后各指标的变化及不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者的IPSS、QOL、Qmax、RU、夜尿次数改善明显,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),前列腺体积变化不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的IPSS、QOL、Qmax、RU比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未出现明显不良反应。结论坦洛新联合锯叶棕果实提取物治疗良性前列腺增生伴下尿路症状安全有效。Objective To explore the effect of tamsulosin combined with sabal fruit extract in soft capsule in the treat-ment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods Ninety-two cases of patients with BPH and lower urinary tract symptoms were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random.In the treatment group,patients were treated by 0.2 mg tamsulosin spansule （after a meal,in the evening） and 160 mg Shabate （sabal fruit extract） （after a meal,twice per day）,while in the control group,patients were only provided with 0.2 mg tamsulosin spansule （after a meal,in the evening）.The course of treatment lasted 3 months.The blood pressure,electrocardiogram,blood/urine routine examinations,hepatorenal function,prostate specific antigen （PSA） in blood,color Doppler ultrasound of prostate,interna-tional prostate symptom score （IPSS）,qave maximum （Qmax）,frequency of nocturnal enuresis,and residual urine （RU） be-fore and after treatment were measured or examined or calculated.The changes of above-mentioned indexes and adverse reaction before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The indexes of IPSS,QOL,Qmax,RU and frequency of noc-turnal enuresis improved greatly after treatment compared with those before treatment in both groups,which displayed statistical differences （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;there was no obvious change in prostate volume,which didn’t display statistical difference in the two groups （P〉0.05）.After treatment,the indexes of IPSS,QOL,Qmax,and RU displayed statistical dif-ferences between two groups （P〈0.05）.There was no adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion Combination of tam-sulosin and sabal fruit extract is safe and effective on treating BPH with lower urinary tract symptoms.
