不同方法治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并妊娠的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨不同方法治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（VVC）合并妊娠的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年1月门诊首次诊断为VVC合并妊娠的患者160例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。观察组采用西药克霉唑阴道片治疗，对照组采用中药保妇康栓治疗。两组均以1周为治疗疗程，2周后比较两组患者分泌物镜检下带菌与清除情况，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组假丝酵母菌清除率为96.25%，低于对照组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为96.25%，对照组总有效率为77.50%，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论克霉唑阴道片应用方便、安全，是目前孕妇用药的首选。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of various therapeutic methods in treatment of vulvovaginal can-didiasis （VVC） combined with pregnancy. Methods One hundred and sixty pregnant patients diagnosed as VVC during their first-time outpatient clinic visits from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Clotrimazole vaginal tablet as western drug therapy was applied to the observation group,while baofukang suppository as traditional Chinese medical therapy was adopted to the control group.Each course of treatment lasted one week.After two-week treatment,the differences of bacterium-carrying and bacterium-removing in secreta by microscopic examinations in both groups were compared and the curative effects were calculated. Results The candida clearance of the observation group was 96.25%,lower than 77.50% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.25%,higher than 72.50% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clotrimazole vaginal tablet is convenient to use and safe, which serves as optimal choice for pregnant patient with VVC.
