摘　　要：针对我国高校科技成果转化现状和需求,中山大学与地方政府联合共建研究院,在成果转化机制、地方研究院定位、提高科技成果实用性、支持科技企业孵化等方面进行了多项创新,为科技成果转化流程各阶段提供了较为有效的支持,显著提升了高校科技成果转化的效率,在成果转化、服务企业、推动产业发展等方面取得了较好的效果,其经验具有参考价值.Aiming at the current conditions and needs of the transformation of S＆T achievements in universities, Sun Yat-sen University has adopted the mode of establishing joint-institutes with local governments and has made a number of innovations including the transformation mechanism of outcomes, the positioning of local institutes, the increase of the practicality of technological outcomes, the enhancement of technical enterprises＇ development, etc. These local institutes have provided effective support to the different stages in the outcome transformation procedure and significantly improved the efficiency of outcome transformation in universities. Good resuhs have been achieved in outcome transformation, the service for enterprises, the enhancement of industrial development, etc. Sun Yat-sen University has achieved successful experiences which have reference meaning.
