摘　　要：构建高校技术成果转让的线性模型分析技术成果转让过程中的主要障碍,并通过对浙江省9所高校的理工类教师和专职研究人员的问卷调查,发现信息沟通渠道缺乏、技术成果交易障碍、技术中介机构的能力不足和激励机制缺乏、企业知识基础和技术整合能力欠缺是阻碍我国高校技术成果转让的关键因素.It explored the main factors inhibiting technology transfer from university to industry on the basis of the liner model and empirical analysis of 426 questionnaires filled in by teachers and researchers from 9 universities in Zhejiang province. The result shows that the lack of information channels, the market failure in the technology trade, low efficiency of intermediary, and low technology capability of Chinese enterprises are the main barriers to the technology transfer from university to industry.
