哈萨克斯坦水资源及水能资源开发前景分析

摘　　要：哈萨克斯坦是中亚五国中的大国,与中国的西部地区存在密切的跨界水体联系。对其自然地理、水资源、水能资源、电力生产状况进行简要介绍,详细阐述了该国的电力系统组成格局、电力发展规划以及相关的背景情况,对中哈水电开发合作前景进行了深入分析。对于了解和掌握哈国水电规划和开发动态,充分发挥上合组织作用,积极参与哈萨克斯坦水电建设,有一定的参考作用。Kazakhstan is a larger one in five central Asian countries. There is trans-boundary water between Kazakhstan aria west China. The physical geography, water resources, hydro potential and electric power generation in Kazakhstan are presented, and its electric power system frame, electric power development planning and background are also elaborated. The prospective cooperation on Sino-Kazakhstan hydropower development is deeply analyzed. This study is reference to get information of hydropower planning and development in Kazakhstan and to play function of Shanghai Cooperation Organization in participating the hydropower of Kazakhstan.
