摘　　要：针对江苏省开展的地表水功能区监测和水质达标评价工作,分析研究了省辖各市水功能区水质达标率评价及存在问题,阐述了在监测和达标评价中应关注和重点考虑的几个方面,提出了在技术层面和管理层面上加强对水功能区管理的建议。Based on the monitoring of surface water function zones and the assessment of water quality in Jiangsu Province, the water quality of each zone is assessed and the water quality compliance rates of all zones are analyzed. The problems and key aspects being considering in water function zone monitoring and water quality assessment are presented, and it is proposed to strengthen water function zone management from technical and management aspects.
