摘　　要：目的　探讨预防眼镜蛇咬伤伤口溃疡的护理方法。方法　将确诊为眼镜蛇咬伤患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,其中治疗组 2 3例 ,常规处理后 ,用精制抗眼镜蛇毒血清 50 0 u加甲基强的松龙 4 0 mg加 5%普鲁卡因 (或 0 .5%利多卡因 ) 4 0～ 6 0 ml于伤口近心端环形局部封闭后用呋喃西林湿敷 ;对照组 2 0例按常规处理。结果　治疗组全部病例痛觉减轻 ,伤口红肿大部分消退 ,无病例出现溃疡和溃烂 ,或伤口加重恶化现象 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论　用精制抗眼镜蛇毒血清作伤肢环形局部封闭可减少眼镜蛇咬伤伤口溃疡、溃烂 。Objective To study a method of preventing the wound ulcerate which biked by cobra  Methods Divide the patient who biked by cobra into 2 groups:treatment group and contrast group There are 23 patients who treated with naja naja antivenin(purified) 500u and SoluMedrol 40mg and 5% procarin(or 0 5% lidocarin) 40~60ml in local seal surrounding the wounded limbs and furacilline for external application after common treated in the treatment group The patient in contrast group was treated only with common way  Results In the treatment group the pain was decreased,toke subsidence of a swelling,no ulcerate was taken place(P<0 01)  Conclusions The wound ulcerate biked by cobra can be decreased and the phenomenons of amputation can be eliminated when the naja naja antivenin(purified) is used in local seal surrounding the wounded limbs [
