摘 要:为了加强对农业科技园的宏观监督,引导其健康发展,充分发挥其生产加工、孵化试验、集聚扩散、引导示范等功能,需根据农业科技园的发展目标和自身特点建立一套能够全面反映农业科技园发展状况的综合评价指标体系。文章主要从构建评价指标体系遵循的基本原则、指标选取、评价指标体系的构建三个方面进行探讨,以期为园区经营者和政府管理农业科技园提供决策指导和管理依据。In order to strengthen the macroscopic supervision of agricultural science and technology park, guide their health development, give full play to the effect in production and processing, incubation, concentration and diffusion, guide and demonstrate, and so on, a compositive evaluation index system should be established which can reflect the status of agricultural science and technology park's development according to their development objectives and features. The discussion was carried out mainly from three aspects, which include the basic principles,index selection, and the construction of evaluation index system. This will provide decision-making guidance and management basis for the park operators and the government to manage the park.
