摘　　要：文章阐述了科研院所办公室文秘队伍建设的意义,介绍了中国热带农业科学院文秘队伍建设的概况,并提出了提升科研院所文秘队伍建设水平的建议,如努力提升文秘人员自身修养、切实提高文秘人员业务水平、大力提升文秘人员工作能力等,以期更好地开展文秘工作,提升科研院所管理水平,促进科技创新。The significance of construction of secretary team in scientific research institutes was elaborated and the status of construction of secretary team in Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences was analyzed in the paper. Suggestions for boosting the level of secretary team in scientific research institutes were put forward, such as developing secretarial staff＇s self-cultivation, capability level, working ability,etc. This was for carrying out secretarial work well and lifting the level of management of scientific research institutes and promoting scientific innovation.
