摘  要:锚碇隧道的结构形式及使用特征要求必须严格控制爆破振动对围岩稳定性与完整性所造成的影响.针对锚碇隧道断面大、净距小、钻爆条件差等特点,通过采用单次循环进尺为1.5~1.8m的短台阶弱爆法施工技术可在满足合理施工进度的情况下实现爆破振动强度的有效控制.同时,根据典型断面掘进爆破时中夹岩墙振动强度测试结果的分析得到:(1)掏槽爆破所受夹制作用是决定锚碇隧道中夹岩墙振动强度的主要因素;(2)伴随开挖断面的增大,中夹岩墙高度增加、厚度减小,中夹岩墙振动强度会有所增加.The tunnel rock stability and integrity effect caused by blasting vibration should be strictly controlled based on the anchorage tunnel structure and features. With the characteristics of large-span, large-section and small clearance of anchorage tunnels, and difficult conditions for drilling, the method of short terrace blasting with 1.5 to 1.8 meters per driving cycle was adopted to minimize the vibration intensity effectively and meet the construction progress during the segments of the anchorage plug and chamber. Also, based on the vibration intensity test results of sandwiched rock, conclusions were drawn as following: ( 1 ) The blasting clamping force was the chief factor in determining the sandwich rock vibration intensity; (2) With the excavation section expanding, the sandwich rock became taller and thinner, and the vibration intensity of sandwich also increased.
