摘 要:介绍了在复杂环境下,采用控制爆破技术成功爆破拆除80 m高的钢筋混凝土烟囱的工程实例。由于倒塌方向仅有90 m长度,达不到烟囱高度1.2倍的要求,因此,采用高位切口定向倒塌爆破方案,将爆破缺口提高到距地面20 m处。同时,介绍了爆破拆除的设计与施工技术:通过开凿定向窗及将爆破缺口高度提高到2 m等措施保证倒塌方向准确;通过计算及试爆,确定每孔装药量为30 g,并采取有效防护措施控制爆破飞石的影响;开挖减振沟和堆砌防护土堤等措施减小倒塌触地引起的振动强度。经过精心设计与施工,烟囱向设计方向倒塌,达到了定向准确、安全的效果。The case of successful demolishing of an 80m high reinforced concrete chimney by direction explosive demolition was introduced. Due to the space for the chimney collapsing was only 90m long, less than 1.2 times of the chimney height required, a high altitude cut with 20 m above the ground was designed. Meanwhile, the designs of demolition blasting and construction techniques were also introduced. Cutting directional window and increasing the blast cut to 2 meters high made the collapse accuracy. The charge amount per hole was 30g determined by calculation and site tests. In addition, the influence of fly rock was controlled by effective protective method. Furthermore, the intensity of the touchdown vibration decreased through excavating damping ditch and piling up protective earth dam. With careful planning and site operation, the chimney was eventually collapsed in the designed direction exactly and safely.
