摘 要:南宁市新民路43号危旧房改造项目2号楼基坑支撑梁的爆破拆除,采用预埋孔的方法,无需钻孔,避免了钻孔噪声,提高了整个爆破施工的工作效率;精心设计单孔装药量,并采用全覆盖方式严格控制爆破飞石,杜绝了爆破飞石危害。爆破网路采用孔内高段位毫秒延时雷管、孔外低段位毫秒延时雷管的逐孔起爆技术,根据支撑结构的特点设计起爆顺序,有效降低了爆破振动,同时施工进度也明显加快,爆破质量及经济效益也获得理想的效果。The explosive demolition in the reinforced concrete structure supporting foundation pit was studied. According to the complex blasting environment, the pre-plugged hole in reinforced concrete was applied to reduce drilling time, avoiding the noise from drilling and increasing the efficiency of the whole blasting working. The charge amount of blast hole was optimized and the fly rock was controlled by covering safe-guard. In addition, the hole-byhole detonation technology of high delay detonators in holes and low delay detonators out of holes was used. Furthermore, the reasonable initiation sequence was designed according to the support structure, which reduced blasting vibration and speeded up the construction progress obviously. The blasting quality and economic benefits were also satisfactory.
