摘 要:针对现有的无线遥控起爆装置存在的问题,提出采用无线传感器网络智能起爆系统。使起爆系统组网灵活,有很好的稳健性和可靠性。系统采用主/从通道通信模块的设计方案,解决了长距离通信和低成本之间的矛盾。在爆炸节点控制电路上运用单调关联复杂系统可靠性理论,设计了n个串联开关控制电雷管的供电电路,从根本上解决了长期以来起爆控制节点控制器抗干扰的技术难题。采用爆炸节点自失效的设计思想,解决了某些未爆炸节点后续处理的问题,提高了爆炸网络的安全性,确保后续专业处理人员的安全。In view of the existing initiation network problems in wireless remote control detonation, the intelligent initiation system based on wireless sensor network was put forward. The advantage of the method was flexible in networking, steady and reliable in performance. The master/slave communication channel module was adopted to solve the contradiction between long-distance communication and the low cost. The theory of coherent complex system reliability was applied to the explosion nodes control circuit, and a number of power supply circuits controlled by series switches were designed. Therefore, the detonating node controller without anti-interference was solved radically, and the design concept of explosive nodes self-failure was also adopted. Then the problem resulted from unexploded nodes was solved, and the security of the explosive network was improved. Finally, the safety of the subsequent processing professionals was ensured.
