摘  要:针对薄规格家电板连退炉内跑偏的问题,通过现场试验确定酸轧板形是跑偏的主要影响因素。在研究酸轧板形对炉内跑偏影响机理的基础上,结合现场试验,提出了酸轧供连退薄规格家电板的板形目标曲线。新的板形目标曲线投入使用后,薄规格家电板连退炉内跑偏次数显著下降,月跑偏次数由大于30次减至小于7次,取得了巨大的经济效益。Aiming at the problem of running-off of thin gauge strip for electrical appliances in the continuous annealing furnace, the rnain influential factors were analyzed by field test. The mechanism of flatness effect on running-off was studied, and the flatness target curve was optimized. With the measures above mentioned, the number of running-off of thin gauge strip in the continuous annealing furnace was decreased from more than 30 times per mouth to less than 7 times per month. Great economic results were achieved.
