摘 要:利用霍普金森压杆对煤岩进行不同冲击加载下的动态力学测试,研究煤岩破碎块度与破碎能耗之间的关系。利用筛分法确定煤岩破碎后的平均块度,借助分形理论,研究不同冲击加载下煤岩的破碎分形维数、破碎块度;借助不同冲击加载下煤岩的应力-应变曲线,依据应力波理论,分析煤岩的破碎能耗;并研究了煤岩的破碎块度与破碎能耗的关系。研究结果表明,在动态冲击试验下,煤岩冲击破碎后的块度具有较好的分形特性,分形维数能够反映煤岩的破碎和脆性程度。煤岩在不同冲击加载下,破碎平均块度在6-19mm之间。随着冲击加载速度的增大,煤岩越破碎,破碎块度越小,破碎能耗越大。In order to research the relationship between the crushing size and the energy con- sumption of the coal rock under different impact loading, the dynamic impact tests with the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) are conducted. Sieving method is used to determine the average crushing size of the coal rock; based on the fractal theory, the fractal dimension and crushing size of it under different impact loading are studied; by means of the stress-strain curve under different impact loading and with the stress wave theory, the crushing energy consumption of coal rock is analyzed; and the relationship between the crushing size and the energy consumption of the coal rock is also researched. The results show that the crushing size of coal rock has good fractal characteristics under dynamic impact tests and the fractal dimension can reflect the crushing and brittleness degrees of the coal rock. Under different imoact loading, the average crushing size is 6 to 19 mm. With increase of the impact loading velocity, the crushing size of the coal rock is smaller, and the energy consumption of crushing is more.
