摘  要:针对山西永定庄矿火成岩侵入造成全煤巷道顶板突发断裂和冒落、巷帮片帮严重、巷道破坏具有不均衡性等特点,在现场调研的基础上提出进行支护设计时,要从个体到整体提升支护系统强度,并考虑注浆锚索的有效注浆半径及巷道围岩的整体性。5209运输巷过火成岩侵入区支护设计时采用锚杆锚索联合支护作为基础支护,采用中空注浆锚索作为补强支护,采用金属支架作为临时或加强支护。局部严重冒落区设计采用背板、U型金属支架、罗克休泡沫充填的方法来维护巷道及围岩的稳定性。实践证明,上述支护技术能够解决火成岩侵入区掘进顶板易冒落、锚索锚固效果差等问题。The Yongdingzhuang Mine in Shanxi Province is badly affected by the intrusion of igneous rock especially in driving coal roadway where the roof breaks and caves unexpectedly, roadway sides spall seriously and the roadway is damaged unevenly. Based on the field observation, the support design is put forward: the strength of the support system should be improved from an individual method to a whole system and the effective grouting radius of the grouting cable and the integrity of the roadway surrounding rock are considered. Joint support of bolts and cables is used as fundamental support in 5209 haulage roadway passing the area intruded by igneous rock, and hollow grouting cables are adopted as reinforcement support, and metal support is used as temporary support or intensive support. As for the zone where the roof caves severely, sag rods, U-metal supports and Rocsil foam are used to maintain the stability of the roadway and the surrounding rock. Field practice shows that the ahove mentioned methods can solve the unfa-vorable problems caused by intrusion of igneous rock.
