摘　　要：在对比分析中美煤矿事故调查执法依据、体制机制等方面存在的差异的基础上,以科学、独立、系统的视角重新审视我国煤矿事故调查体制机制在具体实践中存在的问题,借鉴美国的先进经验和做法,提出完善和改进我国煤矿事故调查体制机制的对策建议。Based on the comparative analysis of the differences existing law enforcement and mechanisms in coal mine accident investigation between China and US, from scientific, independent and systematic perspective to re-examine the problems in China＇s coal mine accident investigation. This paper proposes the refining and improving countermeasures of coal mine accident investigation system in china according to advanced experiences and practices in US.
