摘　　要：《档案法》自1987年颁布实施已27年,期间虽于1996进行过修改,但修改的内容十分有限。随着时间的推移和档案工作新情况、新问题的不断出现,第一轮修改后的《档案法》部分条款和内容已不适应新的形势的发展,需要做第二轮修改。文章就我国档案学者及实际工作者针对《档案法》第二轮修改的原因及具体建议进行综述并提出作者的观点和建议。It has been 27 years since the Archives Law was issued in 1987, it accepted some amendment in 1996, but the range is very limited. Some of the items and contents of the Archives Law which has been modified once cannot adapt to the development of the new situation with the time passing and the new situation and problems of archives work constantly emerging, therefore, a second-round amendment is urgently needed. This article summaries the reason and concrete advices about the second-round amendment of the Archives Law proposed by the archives scholars and practical workers, and advances the author＇s ooinions and advices.
