摘　　要：农村问题一直广受关注,档案文化建设亦是方兴未艾,乡村档案文化建设作为二者的结合点理应受到档案界的重视。只有将触角伸向正在经受巨大文化变革的乡村,以乡民的社会认同为出发点,档案文化建设才能因为扎根广袤的土地而生长壮大。现实中虽有成功个案,但是囿于乡村经济基础、档案资源、运行模式等方面的制约,乡村档案文化建设还缺乏"星火燎原"的条件。乡村档案文化建设需要在"理念先行、政府主导、资源建设、民间参与和市场运作"的模式下寻求突破。Since the rural problems have been widely concerned and archival culture construction is well underway, great emphasis should be put on the rural archival culture construction. Only when the visual angle is subjected to tremendous culture changes in rural areas, and view the villagers＇ social identity as the starting point could the archival culture construction be deeply rooted in the vast land to grow. In light of the fact that it is constrained by rural economy, archival resources and operation mode, the rural archival culture construction would be trying to seek a breakthrough in the mode of “ Concept priority, Government leading, Resource construction, Civic participation and market operation”.
