摘 要:利用硅胶干燥法将野生燕麦种子(13.14%)的含水量分别降至10%、9.5%、9%、8.5%、8%、7.5%、7%、6.5%、6%、5.5%,然后对种子进行室温和高温高温处理保存(1年),测定种子活力与其含水量之间的关系.结果表明:室温处理种子的发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数均高于高温高湿处理种子,含水量为5.5%~10%的种子发芽率均高于75%,说明高温高湿处理并未对种子造成损坏,只有种子在适宜的含水量时,其活力才能保持较高.The effect of different water content on vigor of wild oats seeds in karst regions were studied by silica gel to reduce the moisture content from 13.14% to 10%,9.5%,9%,8.5%,8%,7.5%,7%,6.5%,6%,5.5% respectively and by storing one year under common,high temperature and humidity conditions.The results showed that the germination rate,germination index and vigor index of the wild oats in common environment were higher than in high temperature and humidity conditions.And the seed germination rate were higher than 75% between the water content of 5.5% and 10%.Accordingly,the wild oats seeds could maintain high vitality under appropriate water content.
