摘 要:以102份西瓜种质资源为试材,分析了西瓜的叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶柄长度、叶柄粗度、叶形指数、主蔓长度、主蔓粗度、种子长度、种子宽度、种子厚度和种形指数11个数量性状的变异情况,并对数量性状进行了分级评价。结果表明:变异系数最大的是叶柄长度为26.05%,变异系数最小的是种形指数为5.66%,各性状数据分布均为偏正态分布,偏度大小范围在-0.06~0.99之间。结合数量性状的分布频率和数值所占百分数,建议性地提出了西瓜种质资源11个数量性状的分级评价指标体系,将叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶柄长度、主蔓长度、种子长度和种子宽度按照1~5级分级,将叶柄粗度、叶形指数、主蔓粗度、种子厚度和种形指数按照1~3级分级,并给出了相应的参照品种。Leaf length,leaf width,leaf ratio,petiole length,petiole diameter,main vine length,main vine diameter,seed length,seed width,seed ratio,seed thickness and total eleven quantitative traits of 102 watermelon cultivars were analyzed.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of petiole length was the biggest with 26.05%,and the coefficient of variation of seed ratio was the least with 5.66%.All the quantitative traits data were skewed normal distribution,the skewness ranged from-0.06 to 0.99.The evaluating criteria of quantitative traits was researched by frequency distribution graphs and the percentage,and an evaluating criteria system was established for eleven quantitative traits.Six quantitative traits including leaf length,leaf width,petiole length,main vine length,and seed length,seed width were classified into 5 grades,five quantitative traits including leaf ratio,petiole diameter,main vine diameter,and seed ratio,seed thickness were classified into 3 grades,and reference cultivars for each grade were given.
