摘 要:对转基因741杨与非转基因741杨木湿心材化学组成与化学性质进行测定与分析,旨在为生产加工提供基础数据。结果表明:各项化学组分含量和化学性质在2种杨木树干的不同部位间均存在不同程度的变异。聚戊糖、木质素、冷水抽出物、热水抽出物、1%NaOH抽出物和苯醇抽出物在杨树的平均含量中,转基因741杨分别较非转基因741杨高5.38%,3.41%,76.96%,19.33%,4.16%和51.05%;非转基因741杨与转基因741杨在pH值、酸缓冲液、碱缓冲液和总缓冲液中在杨树不同部位总体表现为上部明显高于中部和下部,而与UF胶的固化时间在2基因型杨树间上部、中部和下部间没有明显差异;且转抗虫基因杨木湿心材的化学组成和化学性质在同一棵树内的变异比非转抗虫基因的大。A determination and analysis on the chemical composition and properties between transgenic and non-transgenic hybrid poplar 741 were carried out.The results showed that:there were different variations of each chemical composition and properties among the different parts of the tree trunk of the two poplars.The average content of pentosan,lignin,cool water extractive,hot water extractive,1% NaOH extractive and benzene-alcohol extractive of transgenic hybrid poplar 741 were 5.38%,3.41%,76.96%,19.33%,4.16% and 51.05% higher than that of non-transgenic hybrid poplar 741.The pH value,acid buffer solution,alkali buffer solution and total buffer solution of non-transgenic and transgenic hybrid poplar 741 in different parts were showed that the top part was obviously higher than that of the middle and under parts,but there was no difference in curing time with UF glue among the top,middle and under parts of the two hybrid poplars.And the variation of the chemical composition and properties in wet wood of the same tree of transgenic hybrid poplar was bigger than that of nontransgenic hybrid poplar.
