蛋鸡铜绿假单胞菌的分离鉴定及其耐药性和致病性研究

摘　　要：为研究引起蛋鸡多种器官和组织感染的可能病原菌,本研究从河北蛋鸡群分离、纯化4株细菌,并对其进行形态学、培养特性、生化特性和16SrRNA基因序列测定等方面的鉴定。结果表明:4株细菌均为铜绿假单胞菌,药敏试验结果证实,4株铜绿假单胞菌分离株具有多重耐药性,动物试验结果显示,4株分离菌株对雏鸡和小鼠均有强致病力。本研究证明了河北蛋鸡分离的铜绿假单胞菌的致病作用,为深入研究铜绿假单胞菌对蛋鸡的致病条件及致病菌的变异奠定了基础。To research the possible pathogens that could infect multiple organ and tissue of laying hens,the biological characteristics of 4 bacterial strains isolated from laying hen flocks of Hebei province were identified,based on the morphology observation,cultural character,biochemical property and phylogenetic analysis by classical methods and 16SrRNA gene sequence analysis.The results showed that the 4 bacteria isolates were Pseudomonas aeruginosa.All of the isolates showed multiple antibiotic resistances.The 4 bacteria isolates were high pathogenic to chicken and mice.P.aeruginosacould be a high threat to laying hen flocks.More attention should be paid on the pathogenic P.aeruginosa.
