摘 要:目的探讨电视塔电磁辐射对小学生神经精神系统症状的影响。方法选取距离某电视塔约500 m的一所小学429名小学生为暴露组,距离该电视塔12 km外的另一所小学256名小学生为对照组,现场监测两所学校的电磁辐射强度,通过问卷调查了解小学生的基本情况和神经精神系统症状。结果两组小学生神经精神系统症状问卷调查结果的差异均无统计学意义,而神经行为评价系统(NES-C4)情感问卷调查结果发现,除暴露组的有力-好动指标的得分高于对照组(P<0.05)外,其它指标得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本次研究尚未发现电视塔射频电磁辐射对周边小学生的神经精神系统症状产生不良影响。Objective To explore the influence of electromagnetic radiation from TV tower on nervous-mental system symptoms of pupils. Methods A total of 429 pupils in a primary school about 500 m far away from a TV tower(exposure group) were selected for the survey on nervous-mental system symptoms based on field questionnaire, as well as 256 pupils in another primary school 12 km far away from the same TV tower(control group). The electromagnetic radiation intensity of the two primary schools was monitored. Results The nervous-mental system symptoms showed no statistically significant difference in questionnaire survey in the two groups. And the neurobehavioral evaluation system(NES-C4) emotion questionnaire survey found that, the score of powerful-active index in the exposure group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05),and other indicators scores had no statistical significance. Conclusion It is suggested that the TV tower radio frequency electromagnetic radiation has no adverse influence on the pupils' the nervous-mental system symptoms.
