摘 要:目的探讨低剂量接触苯系物对加油站工人外周血淋巴细胞的DNA损伤作用。方法采用彗星试验检测加油站暴露组与对照组工人外周静脉血淋巴细胞DNA损伤,采用气相色谱-质谱法检测相应工作区空气中苯系物的浓度。结果暴露区苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯浓度均高于对照区(P<0.001);暴露组彗星尾矩和Olive尾矩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低浓度苯系物暴露可能导致加油站工人淋巴细胞DNA遗传损伤。Objective To detect the peripheral blood lymphocytic DNA damage of gas station workers with lower benzene series(BTEX) exposure. Methods The gas station workers were divided into exposed group and control group based on their type of work. For each subject, the venous blood sample was collected to detect peripheral blood lymphocytic DNA damage by using comet assay, and the concentration of BTEX of air samples in both exposed and control areas were analyzed by GC/MS. Results The concentrations of benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and o-xylene of the exposed area were significantly higher than those of control area(P〈0.001);The TM and OTM of exposed group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Long-term exposure to low concentration BTEX may increase the risk of lymphocytic DNA damage in gas station workers.
